Changes came within 2 weeks of eating a whole food plant based diet with easier ability to fall asleep, more sound sleep, waking up refreshed, increased energy, reduction in inflammation of my hands, the release of 5 lbs., 4 inches overall, and feeling satiated after I eat. This side of Navy Boot Camp, I can think of little that comes close to the change and influence on my life than the work Terri did with my wife and me. Our eating patterns and generally life style has dramatically changed for the better, and thanks to Terri, it's really no big deal. That is, it has been easy, fun and effective. Terri has made the adoption of this approach entertaining and enjoyable. Terri also brought a depth of scientific understanding that I found exceptionally valuable. Terri provided me the evidence along with the know-how to adopt a more healthful lifestyle to which I can stick. This was not hard, but it was different. Terri provided the tools and direction in small regular consumable doses of well-organized information, likely saving us years of goofing around trying to pull this off on our own.
