I came up with a simple analogy that describes how I create most of my whole plant-based meals. Think of eating plant-based meals as dressing yourself right after a shower.
As I was drinking my "Green Smoothie" this morning, loaded with kale, collard greens, parsley, red cabbage, broccoli, yellow bell pepper, apple, lime, and ginger, I happened to read an editorial in the most recent issue of the Nutrition Action Health Letter where Michael Jacobson talked about the fact that as a nation, we need to eat more veggies.
