You may have tried to lose weight at one time or another, many of us have. How did it go? Did you reach your goal weight? If not, were you able to lose at least some weight? And then, were you able to keep the weight off or did it come back (possibly even with a vengeance)?
Yesterday I spent my birthday in beautiful San Diego doing a 16-mile training walk along the coast. In less than two weeks I will be walking in my 5th Susan G. Komen 60-mile 3-Day Walk. I've taken a stand against breast cancer because it's such an unnecessary disease (as are so many others) and too many lives have been ruined by it! Since you're just getting to know me, let's get this out of the way early on. I eat a whole food plant-based diet. What does that mean?
