As an adult, I've always had a pear-shaped body: small in the waist and bigger in the hips, butt, and thighs. Because of my shape, I always absolutely dreaded shopping for pants, especially business pants, for two reasons.

It's relatively painless, and the sense of doing something worthwhile and making a difference more than makes up for any minor discomfort!
