Today is my birthday and this post is going to be a little different. It will be brief because sometimes good health is about taking small breaks, being present in the moment and gratitude. I’m taking a small break today from writing a content-based post.
I’ve been present in the moment all day today. I love birthdays and don’t want to miss any part of my special day that comes around only once each year!
I’m grateful for many, many things. I’m grateful that I get an extra hour for my birthday today because of the time change! I’m grateful that one of my very best friends gave birth to a healthy baby boy today! I’m grateful for my amazing boyfriend! I’m grateful for my wonderful family and my “other mother”, who I got to spend the whole afternoon with! I’m grateful for my good health! I’m grateful for all my friends and all the birthday wishes I received! I’m grateful for my dogs and their wagging tails! I’m grateful for a Mighty Met weekend! I’m grateful that this day has been so special! I’m grateful for all my blessings! And I’m grateful to you for reading my posts!
