I am passionate about diet, health, and wellness, and I plan to use this blog and website to share my insights in those areas and in health coaching, as well as to provide you with relevant articles, videos, and other information. I will discuss many topics, including (but not limited to) nutrition (both the good and the bad), fitness, lifestyle, how to evaluate diets, how to know who to believe with all the conflicting information that's out there, tips on how to easily create good habits (and get rid of bad habits), plus much, much more! I will review books and videos, and I will share delicious recipes, including my own videos with step-by-step instructions. I'll even talk about my healthy vegetable-eating dogs! This blog is intended to be interactive and I welcome your participation!
