- 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
- 2 Tbs lite coconut milk (Trader Joe’s is good) or enough to keep the blades moving through the mixture without liquifying it
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbs unsweetened cocoa powder
- Place all ingredients into a Vitamix or food processor.
- Start the Vitamix or food processor on the lowest setting and slowly increase speed until the bananas reach a smooth, creamy texture.
Makes 1-2 servings.
